Investment returns for each acquisition are analyzed using an immediate, mid-term and residual-value approach.

G.S.N. Equities helps you invest in two types of property:
“Stabilized” properties that are currently fully leased, which makes them immediate income producers.
“Added-Value” transactions on properties that require renovation and/or additional leasing.
G.S.N. Equities is currently working on real estate investment and development projects in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Georgia, and Florida and are preparing detailed prospectuses for qualified investors.
G.S.N. Equities’ qualified investors can invest in a variety of different investment strategies and can achieve interest rates in excess of 9% yearly on their investment and specific projects can return to investors 12-15% yearly.
